which is the best way to evaluate the hearing aids in noise?

Since the new digital hearing aids give a patient a better discrimination in noise I'm preocupated to improve the evaluation of the hearing aids in noise. Which is the best way to evaluate the hearing aids in noise? Has somebody  interested to share the test in noise with me? Thanks
