[Audiology] hearing aid funding

my wife has recently been told she needs hearing aids , we purchase 2  
aids from ebay at a cost of 500.00 and are now looking for a company  
that can recase them to custom her ears they are cic and 3 years old,  
magnetone company name. i am disabled and my wife has no coverage, is  
it possible to find a place too recase and reprogram these aids for  
my wife, at a reasonable price, one company wanted 600.00 for the  
job. can we get it done any cheaper
