Hello,

I just saw your post.  Have you checked out Hearinghaven.com?  They can 
replace the faceplate for 50 bucks each.  I think they can program a pair 
of aids for 75 dollars, but make sure the make and model is one they have 
the software and cables for in order to reprogram them.

If it's a total recasing, then I think it's 275 for each hearing aid.
