Hi Ken, yes we see the red blob at 200 as well, using dye terminators and
cycle sequencing (no fancy robots here worst luck). ABI do know about it as
they print sample traces in their sequencing chemistry guide. They do not
know the cause but say that it appears related to poor dye terminator
