abi 377 bleed through

does anyone use genotyper software and experience bleed through?  i am
sure the answer is yes but do you get bleed through from yellow TO blue? 
i have been seeing this as of late (about 10% of the intensity goes
through at intensities greater than 600 or so).  abi has recommended
creating a new matrix but this doesn't seem to do it.

any suggestions?
