DD-PCR sequencing etc

Hi, everyone

has any one worked with custom dye primers ?


any one out there doing direct (without subcloning) sequencing 
of DD-PCR fragment ?  We would very much like to hear from you on -
1) what is the typical success rate ?
2) what degree of automation and what throughput can you build ?
3) how do you quantitate / evaluate amplification products ?
4) what is the best sequencing strategy - nested primer ? custome 
dye primer labeling ? 

any information is appreciated.
