Sequence Analysis software?

Looking for DNA sequence analysis software that will
run on the PC platform.  GeneCodes,which makes the Sequencher software, won't
have a version for the PC until early '98'.  Must be able to import files
generated by the PE/ABI 377 auto sequencer.
