get out the good old DMS, hydrazine, piperidine etc. and sequence it the
Maxam-Gilbert way. I had no trouble to sequence through a stretch of 22
A-residues in the rat BC1 RNA genomic sequence. PCR is often the cause of
trouble, since the polymerase stutters through homopolymers.
