Hello everyone,
A few weeks ago, I read with interest about some some problems people
were having with Amersham sequencing kits. We have been having similar
problems in our lab (dye primer kits, old dyes, not the new ones) and
have contacted the company about the possibility of there being a batch
problem. However, they have been slow coming back to us with details of
any such problems, so we have not been able to sort the situation out.
Can anyone who originally posted here with similar complaints or with
new complaints, post or mail me the details. I would especially like
batch numbers, dates of purchase and reports on how you got on with
Amersham if a complaint was made.
