3 hr run with 700 bases called

I am wondering if any labs have altered the ABI 377XL running parameters
for their acrylamide gels to yield a read length of 650 -700 bases with
a trim length of 450-550 bases in a 3 hr run.  If so, I would like the
information.  I am currently running for 3.5 hrs to obtain these results
on 4.5% premixed Sooner gels.
