dilution buffer for BigDyes

I have just been talking with our PE-ABD sales rep who says that yes, the
5X dilution buffer should be diluted in half and used at 2.5X to replace
the DB premix.

When using 1 ul of the BigDye premix, the results are clearly better with
2.5X than with 5X.
