Multicomponent matrix error

Dear newsgroupers,

Recently I've started using big dyes for sequencing apps. I'am using the
ready reaction dye terminator kit .
This when I wanted to start my analysis the error log says me that there
was a multicomponent matrix error, bad data, although my samples seems
to be good. Did anyone have a similar message ? How to solve this
problem ?
