REQ PC version of Seqed / clone

Seqed is also available for UNIX --I telnet to a mol biol server from
either a Mac or PC, and use seqed that way, which works just fine. I
don't know if it's available for Linux or not, but if it is, you could
turn one of your Mac's or PC's into a UNIX server...
