We've just had our 373 updated to the big bye filter wheel system and on
all the gels we've run so far the G peaks arrive a little earlier than
they should. It's not the kit because the same samples on our 377 look
fine. I don't think it's anything to do with mobility files or the
matrix as you can see the peaks arriving early on the gel file as it's
running. Can anyone suggest a fix?
