Hi.
My lab wants to upgrade to 96 lanes for Sequencing and Genescan
using an ABI-377-96. We have the instrument and have been shown the
protocol by Perkin-Elmer.
The problem is what type of loading system to use. I would like to
get some information about what multi-channel pipettes people are using,
what they think of them, and what problems they have encountered with
the various systems.
I would appreciate any help!
