Dear sequencing news group,
I need to sequence part of E.coli gene using its chromosomal DNA as the
template.
Anybody has any experience in it using ABI big-dye terminator chemistry?
Or other machines, such as Li-Cor automated sequenecer?
Any suggestion will be very useful to me.
