Primer Island Transposition Kit

Hi.
     I need to clone/sequence a rather large piece of DNA.
     I am considering using PE's Primer Island Transposition Kit.

    I have their protocol and was wondering if anyone has any experience
using it, suggestions, or warnings.

     Can I perform normal BIG DYE sequencing afterwards, using their
primers?  Are their any needed modifications?
