Here in Itlay we use the same condition described in Bruce's message,
that is samples resuspended in encreasing volumes of water (10 20 30 40
ul).
The only thing I could add is to pay attention to the quality of the
water that you use, otherwise you could have degradation problems after
the first-second run.
