Dear ABI3700 user,
we are using an ABI3700 for sequence analysis. In some PCR sequencing
reactions we have a strong C-tailing and a C background which lead to
ambiguities. What is confusing for us is that plasmid sequences and the
majority of PCR sequences are not concerned by this effect.
Has somebody an idea what could be the reason for this effect and how we
could fix the problem?
