ABI TSR reagent sample loading on ABI310

Does anybody know either :- 

the formulation for TSR reagent used for making up reactions prior to loading onto the 310

or

An alternative to TSR, I note that many people are using water/edta/formamide combinations for use on the 3700 would this be suitable for the 310.

all contributions welcome.

NB i am primarily sequencing PCR products up to ~1kb, with Exo1/SAP cleanup+Isopropanol ppt'n prior to addition of sample loading buffer (TSR)
