3100 data collection

Is anyone having problems with Data collection software? We have had the
3100 for several months and find that the data collection is becoming
increasingly more difficult to open. We are now stuck in a loop where the
initializing window stays on indefinetely and we are forced to restart the
computer. We are unable to launch Data collection and are now waiting for
our field application specialist to fix it.
