Large Genescan size standards

Hi,

I'm looking for an alternative for large size standards for Genescan 
(Rox-labelled) for running on an ABI 377.  Is Applied Biosystems 
Genescan Rox 1000 the only one available ?  Can one make one's own 
size standard using end-labelling?

Also, are there any available size standards even larger?
