Comrades,
Seeking opinions on the quality of sequence obtained with the KS primer (TCGAGGTCGACGGTAT) using Dye Terminator cycle sequencing chemistry and capillary electrophoresis. My specific situation involves pPCR-Script Cam SK(+) vector with blunt-ended microbial genomic DNA inserts.
