Expandable multichannel pipettor

I need to buy an expandable multichannel pipettor that works for 96 and 384
well plates. The only one I know is the Equalizer 384 pipettor from Matrix.
Since it is quite an expensive think, I would like to have some information
from somebody that has already used this or another one, to know if it
really works.
