Does anyone have any experience with storing "premixes" of diluted bigdye?
Is it possible to create a large batch of a premix (ie. Bigdye, primer and
water) aliquoted into 96 well plates and stored at 4C or is it imperative
that the premix is made fresh just prior to template addition?
