I am looking for a protocol using BigDye chemistry on a Megabace 1000. We
currently use Amersham's Dynamic ET terminators on our Megabace with great
success but would like to compare the two chemistries for some of our
difficult templates. I assume we need to change mobility files, etc. but
Applied Biosystems refuses to supply information regarding BigDye chemistry
on Amersham instruments.
