Need: protocol for direct sequencing of PCR product

Koren,

the critical thing wham it comes to sequencing PCR products is accurate
quantitation.

I have sequenced numerous PCR products on the Megabace 1000, AB 377 &
3700.

In all cases, 5 - 10 ng of PCR product per 100bp of that product has
worked well for me
