Another problem with 3700/3100 buffer

Dear Zhenya,

don't get me wrong, but making the CE buffer by our own isn't an good idea
likes it sounds.
The only advantage I see by brewing your own buffer is the price.
But please consider how much work you have to do to get the right
concentrations and how much the pure chemicals cost. All in all, I think it
is better to buy commercial stuff. At least if something goes wrong you can
blame the manufactors. :-)
