3770 Analysis - "Cross Talk"

We have experienced "cross talk " between capillaries 64 and 65.
The signal intensity of lane 64 was between 400 and 500 units and this signal has interfered with the result in  cap.65.
Has any other user experienced a similar problem and what actions have you taken to remedy the problem.
We did have a similar problem with 2 capillaries but the intensity was 2,500 signal units.
Any feedback and solutions would be appreciated.
