are the array ends undamaged at the load bar? could this be
cross-injection from two broken cap ends?
this might be a spatial problem or another problem with missaligned
optics. Check out the signal intensity is aligned under capillary view.
what happens if you block one of the caps and move the loading to a spare?
what do ABI say?
