I'm interested in 3'-prime sequencing of cDNA libraries. Has anyone any experience of how successful this is, any personal experience or any papers. I've heard of processes whereby the polyadenylated tail can be modified to allow using dT anchoring primer, does any one know of any commercially available kits etc.
As always, any advice would be gratefully appreciated.
Best regards,
Ciaran
