GCG Shells for Batch Submission

Stephen Clark's shell programs for batch use of GCG software
are available from the biology archive at iubio.bio.indiana.edu 
by anonymous FTP.  The file is found with
  cd [.molbio.gcg]
  get clark_shells.txt
  
These shells permit GCG software managers to make users
run long programs in batch mode with no sweat.  Included
shells are:

  FASTA.COM
  TFASTA.COM
  STRINGS.COM
  MULTIDOT.COM
  CHK_PROCESS.COM         (Called by WORDSEARCH.COM)
