Does anyone know of a program to aid the selection of regions of a
nucleic acid sequence to act as good primers for PCR?
Ideally, the regions required should have a high Td so that they do not
anneal to themselves. They should form stable duplexes with and be
specific to, the target sequence. They should not base-pair to other
regions on the target sequence.
