Cloning vector sequences

A while back while I was trying to learn the art of FTP I stumbled
across a file containing the sequences of all of Promega's vectors.
Now that I am in need of these sequences I can not recall where I
found them.  Does anyone out there know where these files can be found?
I would also like to find out if there are any other vector sequences
available for FTP such as the Stratagene bluescript plasmids.
