I would like to know if there are programs/services available online for
restriction information of common vectors. Since it is impractical to store
the sequence information for every constructed vector, it would be handy to
have a system that would store restriction site information (i.e. fragments
from known genes). Topological information would also be useful. I am
wondering if such a database exists, or if it is possible to get this
information from existing databases without having to analyze every sequence
individually.
