MacPattern v1.1

MacPattern is a Mac program for searching patterns in protein sequences, using
Amos Bairochs Prosite database.
The new version 1.1 is mainly a maintenance version. A few bugs have been
fixed and the indexing software is now part of the main program.
The program can be obtained from the EMBL File Server by sending the command
GET MAC_SOFTWARE:MACPATTERN.HQX to NETSERV at EMBL.BITNET.
