Most people reading this are self starters, so our personal experience
with computers may differ from those who are currently not reading this.

As other replies have pointed out - computing support and training are very
important if we are to bring in everyone who can benefit from the facilities
now available.

How many people learn to drive WITHOUT taking driving lessons?
How many people HONESTLY remember how difficult it was to learn?
