Directory of shareware (MS-DOS ) available for ftp transfer

Does anyone know of a comprehensive list of molecular biology related
MS-DOS software (freeware or shareware) that is available via anonymous
ftp?  If anyone knows of such a beast, myself and several other people
in my department would find it VERY useful.  Thanks for any help in advance.
