 We are interested in developing a multiplex PCR protocol for a large 
number of sequences, and wonder whether anyone is aware of software that 
has already been developed to identify complementarity among oligonucleotides 
that may adversely affect a multiplexed PCR amplification.
 
We would appreciate any suggestions.
