PROC ALCSAL

Does anyone know anything about a SAS procedure called ALSCAL?  I can't
find any information about it in any of the PC-SAS manuals.  Is it
available on mainframe SAS?  It is a procedure that will allow you
to do multidimentional scaling on distance data (e.g., genetic distance).
