Molecular weight measurement

I am looking for a program to construct calibration curves and
estimate molecular weights for electrophoresis of proteins and nucleic
acids--beyond simple log-linear regression--such as the one using a
modified hyperbola given by Plikaytis et al, Anal Biochem
152:346;1986.  I would appreciate any information on such programs
available by anonymous ftp.
