dynamic atom visualization program

Hi!

I'm a researcher at Iowa State University, specializing in molecular dynamics
simulations of inorganic glasses.

I was wondering if anyone out there could possibly point me towards a program
which could dynamically display an isometric-type view of an assembly of, say,
200 or so atoms.  The position data is stored in a file, not generated
dynamically.  The program must be for X and Unix.
