Are vector sequences available through genbank.bio.net?

Are vector sequences available through genbank.bio.net?   I have seen
references to such a "synthetic DNA" database, but I don't see it on the DB
list in the on-line genbank access.  Am I looking in the wrong place? or
just SOL?

Specifically, I'm looking for seq's of the Hieter yeast vectors pRS303-306
and pRS 313-316 (Genetics 122:19-27).
