Currently the appropriate group would most likely be misc.forsale or misc.forsale.computers. General protocol is (sort of) that you use existing groups until a distinct subgoup emerges at which time you could propose a subgroup, vote on it, and if passed have it created. Meanwhile, whatcha got to trade???
