UH Gene-Server down temporarily

Because of an unknown malfunction, UH Gene-Server services will be
down for an unknown amount of time. This includes all e-mail services,
PIR Gopher retrieval, and anonymous FTP.

As soon as the problem is found and repaired an announcement will be
made.
