Steve Thompson's Profiles

Hi,
   In trying to use the Profiles that Steve Thompson graciously made
available to the net a few months ago, I realized that I needed to modify
the GCG file PROFILESCAN.FIL that sets up the necessary cutoffs and
penalties, etc for the analysis.
   So, the question is:  Has anyone done this and could they post this file
or otherwise make it available?
