Kinemage

Does anybody know if the Kinemages program (from Jane and David Richardson)
is to be made available at an ftp site?  I just read about it in the
Biophysical Journal, and would really like to get a copy for Mac or (when
it's ready) for the PC.  Unfortunately, the diskette had already been removed
from the library's copy, so I couldn't use it.
