VBRUN100?

Hi netters,

Does anyone have the VBRUN100 file? It is the runtime library of Visual 
BASIC. The current version on most of the FTP sites is 200 while a lot
of Sharewares written for Windows 3.x required 100 version. I would 
appreciate if someone points to me the location of the VBRUN100 file or
send me a copy of it. Thank you in advance!
