Broken WAIS server for bionet archives?

Is the WAIS server for the bionet archive still available?  My attempts to
contact the server at genbank.bio.net (database: biosci) have resulted in 
the error message "serious error in server" for the past 10 days.  My
connections to other WAIS servers have been fine.
