Primer program comparasions

I've used both of them. I'm more familiar with Primer because I started
using it first. OSP has a rather nice X-windows version. The authors of
ODP reply to queries unlike the people who wrote Primer.

I think they're both better than Oligo or Primer Detective although I've
only looked at their demo versions.

I usually use both because they use different algorithms to determine
primer Tm's and then ruin the entire excercise by 'eyeballing' the
selected primers to decide. :)
